The Product & Marketing Enablement Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch and promotion of our products. Areas of specialty include leveraging technology to map, analyze and improve the customer experience, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with our product and marketing strategies.
Major Responsibilities
•Assess the technology and system needs of the Product and Marketing teams while identifying opportunities to enhance customer interactions.
•Actively participate in cross functional work groups to develop and improve policies, processes and systems that impact the customer experience as well as our product and marketing business objectives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Utilize customer journey mapping techniques and technology to visualize and analyze the customer experience.
•Analyze complex business problems and provide expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions that are cost effective, complement business objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
•Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to provide detailed business requirements for product launches, marketing activity, as well as system and infrastructure improvements.
•Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to evaluate, enable and enhance product and operational solutions post-implementation.
•Continuously monitor and assess the impact of technology changes on the customer journey and enable data-driven improvements.
•Partner with Business Applications, Project Delivery, Product, and Marketing Teams to align technology initiatives with the broader company strategy.
•Play a pivotal role in business application implementation processes. This includes assisting with configuration, testing, and rollout.
•Ensure optimal application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to end-users, ensuring that business operations run smoothly.
Education Required
•Undergraduate degree preferably in the fields of Marketing, Information Technology, or Management Operations. Candidates with significant experience may also be considered.
Qualifications & Experience
•7+ years’ experience including operations, applications support, project management or analytics.
•Advanced commodity knowledge in Alberta electricity and gas industry
•Well versed in project delivery, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
•Strong process orientation with the ability to understand, dissect, and map out existing processes to identify areas of improvement or redesign.
•Familiarity with the support, troubleshooting, and optimization of business applications including Microsoft and Azure applications.

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
