Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

- Define product specifications and features based on customer requirements and market trends.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities.

- Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, including technical specifications and quality standards.

- Establish product standardization guidelines to ensure consistency in manufacturing processes.

- Coordinate customer approval processes, including product samples and prototypes.

- Liaise with customers to understand their specific product requirements and manage expectations.

- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve product-related issues.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and drive product enhancements based on feedback.

Your Background

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in product management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and manufacturing techniques.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
