Summary
This position will serve as support to our Corporate Procurement team in their day-to-day operations which includes interfacing with internal stakeholders across different company orgs as well as external stakeholders. This is a part-time and temporary position located at our Corporate HQ in Boston, MA. This role will report to the Procurement Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Help to create dashboards and tracking templates for new policies and procedures.
- Review new vendors and determine vendor eligibility through company policy.
- Track and approve invoices.
- Interface with vendors on day-to-day changes.
- Lead a to be defined project for the term of the internship.
- Assist in maintenance of category management.
- Track changes in spend.
- Help promote adaption of new policies.
- Daily review of electronic transactions for compliance.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program focused on business studies, supply chain, procurement, or other relevant study area.
- Analytical mindset.

- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with ERP or CMMS systems, dashboards, or PowerBi.
