The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for entering all purchase orders into Salesforce, except for third-party rentals.
Duties
Enter purchase order data into Salesforce, as directed by procurement specialist.
Properly store AQI Q2 vendor requirements in SF.
Ensure data is entered correctly into Salesforce and in accordance with API Q2 regulations.
Coordinate needed shipments, securing items in proper locations and proper loading/unloading of trucks.
Enter re-occurring inventory purchases orders into SF.
Analyze work orders for trends, abuse and theft.
Process all purchasing needs for the maintenance and shop areas ensuring vendor compliance and cost effectiveness.
Analyze pricing ensuring quoted prices are equal to billed prices.
Ensure purchases are from DWS approved vendors.

Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. However, due to the nature of the business, weekend and evening hours may be necessary on occasion.

Experience: 1+ years in purchasing and inventory control related work history
