How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead initiatives in organizational development to boost cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency in procurement.

- Take over project-based special tasks in the strategic procurement area.

- Manage projects from initial concept to full execution, ensuring they align with our strategic business goals.

- Cultivate a robust network within the company to drive transformation efforts, emphasizing digitalization and process optimization.

- Offer specialized knowledge in digital tools and methodologies to enhance our strategic procurement practices.

- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for digital innovation and process enhancements and set up systems and processes to improve data produced by strategic procurement.

What You Bring

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on digitalization and organizational development, ideally in Procurement.

- Experience in digitalization activities and passion for staying updated with digital trends and innovations in strategic procurement.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and change management skills with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment!

- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
