Job Description

Position Overview

The Associate, Renewable Procurement will be a senior individual contributor responsible for supporting commercial procurement strategies and executing commercial negotiations for Utility Scale Solar power generation equipment in support of Invenergy’s development, engineering, and construction activities. Responsibilities include supporting strategic supplier relationships, tracking supply chain requirements, and negotiating and administering critical supply agreements in support of Invenergy’s project needs. This role reports to the Solar Procurement Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:* Support commercial negotiations for power generation equipment supply contracts for utility scale solar power generation equipment (e.g.,modules/trackers/inverters/etc...). Ensure that terms and conditions are in line with market expectations and align with all applicable project agreements including construction agreements, project sale agreements, and operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements.

Required Skills* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline

Preferred Experience* General understanding of solar PV modules, solar inverters, or trackers is a plus.

Base Pay

$90,000 - $105,000 USD Annual

Bonus: 20% - 27.5%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
