About This Job

Starting Salary Range: $64,000-$75,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

What You’ll Do

•

Manage full lifecycle of contractors: onboarding, changes, and terminations

•

Track and administer compliance training, badging, and orientation sessions

•

Support procurement activities by creating and maintaining Purchase Orders and Contract Records

•

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for suppliers, security assessments, and vendor information

•

Monitor and proactively manage contract and assessment expiration dates

•

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement and process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

•

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and procurement platforms like Oracle Cloud

•

Exceptional organization, time management, and interpersonal communication abilities

•

Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality

•

Procurement & Purchasing Fundamentals Certificate (PPFC), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), or similar

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
