Process Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team. The Process Operator will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Duties:

- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning in a continuous production environment

-Reporting, circuit monitoring, and communicating to supervisor or lead person

-Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives.

-Facilitate effective communication across internal departments

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain product quality

-Utilize employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance on machinery

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Assist in material handling, packaging, and warehouse duties as needed

- Other duties as assigned by management

-Ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to climb ladders, ability to safely operate a forklift and loader, ability to follow instructions (written and oral), and be good at problem solving and troubleshooting.

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a CGMP setting

- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and practices

- Familiarity with machining processes

- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles

- Ability to fabricate materials as required

- Proficiency in materials handling and packaging techniques

- Experience operating forklifts is a plus
