Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be proficient in various operating systems and IT support functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing exceptional technical support to our users.
Duties
•Automate workflows using AI.
•Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
•Manage and maintain Windows Server and Mac OS environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
•Offer guidance on software applications and IT-related issues.
•Conduct routine maintenance on computer systems, including updates, backups, and performance monitoring.
•Configure and manage network settings, including DNS and TCP configurations.
•Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
•Document technical processes, solutions, and user guides for future reference.
Experience
•Proven experience with workflows or a similar role is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of Office applications, Windows Server, Mac OS, TCP/IP networking, DNS management, and software troubleshooting techniques.
•Familiarity with computer management practices and help desk operations is essential.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Strong communication skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.
