About The Position

The Process and Controls Specialist works closely with all levels of management to assess the Company's operations and projects, focusing on those that support strategic initiatives and business plans. The Process and Controls Specialist assesses the effectiveness of processes and controls across the company's electric and gas operations, including for example, project management, project planning, operations and engineering processes, key business and operational initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The Process and Controls Specialist is a role within the Internal Audit department.

Compensation Range:

$69,300.00 - $107,400.00

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
