Bow Resources is seeking an effective and experienced Process Control Systems Manager to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust and efficient PCS across our manufacturing facilities. This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment coupled with the critical need for regular on-site engagement at our various plant locations. You will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining regulatory compliance through effective leadership and management of our process control infrastructure and teams. This position involves significant collaboration with operations, engineering, and site leadership.

Responsibilities:
•Lead and develop process control engineering teams, utilizing remote management best practices.
•Define and execute the overall Process Control Systems strategy for the chemical manufacturing organization.
•Oversee the complete lifecycle of PCS across all manufacturing sites, including design, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
•Drive continuous improvement in plant operations through the effective application and optimization of Process Control Systems.
•Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams at various manufacturing locations to understand needs and deliver effective PCS solutions.
•Ensure all PCS implementations and maintenance activities adhere to stringent safety and regulatory standards at each site.
•Manage and oversee PCS-related projects across different manufacturing facilities.
•Provide guidance and support for complex PCS troubleshooting and issue resolution at plant locations.
•Stay abreast of the latest advancements in process control technologies relevant to chemical manufacturing.
Qualifications:
•REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
•REQUIRED: Significant experience in Process Control Systems within the chemical manufacturing industry.
•REQUIRED: Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
•REQUIRED: Deep technical knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and related industrial automation technologies used in chemical plants.
•REQUIRED: Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various manufacturing sites across the United States. Minimum of 25%.
•DESIRED: Experience managing process control systems across multiple manufacturing locations.
•DESIRED: Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC).
Compensation and Benefits:
•$155,000 - $212,000 base salary, dependent on experience.
•15% to 25% target bonus.
