Become a Privacy Information Governance Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll serve as the customer data privacy subject matter expert for SCE’s Customer Service (CS) organization. With the evolving and complex landscape of customer privacy, SCE must fully understand and manage the ongoing demand from customers and third parties for confidential and personal customer data with associated risks. As an advisor, you will lead and provide guidance across SCE, whether as part of projects or in response to ad-hoc privacy incidents related to the collection, storage, and sharing of customer data. You will provide expert advice on privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM among others), Personal Information (PI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data processing, data sharing systems, authorization, and authentication processes. This includes developing and supporting the implementation of the privacy related projects.
