Expected salary range of $178,200 to $198,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Principal IT Architect, AI plays a critical leadership role in defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise architecture strategy for artificial intelligence and machine learning across the organization. This role is responsible for aligning cutting-edge AI technologies with business objectives, ensuring that both current-state and future-state architectures support innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. The architect will provide strategic direction and technical leadership across infrastructure, platforms, and governance frameworks, serving as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teamsincluding enterprise architects, solution architects, engineering, and business leadersthis role will drive the adoption of AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset to continuously improve and future-proof the organization's technology landscape.
