Press Brake Operator – Cherryville, NC

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:15 PM – 4:00 AM Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team in Cherryville, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience operating a press brake in a fabrication environment and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

- Ensure precision and quality of finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and production efficiency

- Inspect parts for defects and make necessary corrections

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Press Brake Operator

- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
