Qualifications:

•

Read and comprehend production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

•

Set-up and operate press brake and perform multiple forming operations

•

Set-up and operate turrets and/or lasers

•

Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality according to customer requirements.

•

Operate the presses/turrets and observe them during production. If problems are detected, stop the process and make minor repairs or refer major problems to production leadership and/or maintenance.

•

Responsible for checking and packing own parts per work instructions using measuring devices such as gages, calipers, micrometers, etc.

•

Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors/managers to achieve productivity goals.

•

Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.

•

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

•

Good math skills are required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

•

Experience in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment

•

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

•

Adhere to quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

•

8 hour shift

•

Evening shift

•

Monday to Friday

Experience:

•

Brake Press: 2 years (Required)

•

Turrett: 2 years (Required)

•

CNC laser cutting: 1 year (Required)
