The main purpose of the Preconstruction Project Manager is to prepare onshore wind, solar, and energy storage projects for construction. The Preconstruction Project Manager shall ensure the required engineering is complete for bidding and construction, construction estimates have been developed to support project approval, required civil-based permits (including utility crossing agreements) are in place, Owner-Supplied Equipment is allocated to the project, the interconnection process is scheduled, O&M’s needs are addressed in the BoP contract, the scopes of work are aligned in preparation for bidding, lessons learned are incorporated into the BoP scopes of work, the project has been derisked, and once the contractor mobilizes they can proceed unencumbered to project completion.

Qualifications:

Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $130,000-$170,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
