Under direction of Director of Preconstruction or Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the preconstruction phase of a project. Preconstruction Manager is further responsible for the overall administration of the preconstruction phase of a project including coordination with internal and external stakeholder and preconstruction approach. The Preconstruction Manager works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverable expectations are met. The Preconstruction Manager also serves as the primary liaison with the Client and Design team. This position also has supervisory, training and development responsibility for Assistant Preconstruction Manager.
Should have previously performed successfully in the role of Assistant Preconstruction Manager, or equivalent role.
Preconstruction Manager should be capable of all duties of Assistant Preconstruction Manager, and should have previously demonstrated success in that role, or an equivalent role. Preconstruction Manager should be capable of managing a project up to an approximate worth of $20M at the entry level to $100M at the upper range.
