Pre-K Instructional Support Assistant 02080 - Trailwoods Elementary

To work with Pre-Kindergarten certified instructors to effectively plan, coordinate and carry out child development and learning activities. To work with the instructor to guide children in activities designed to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for Kindergarten preparedness by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Sixty (60) college hours with a grade point average of at least 2.5. Twenty-four (24) of the sixty (60) hours must be in early childhood, youth development or child/family related courses. Transcript must be on file prior to hire OR documentation proving applicant has satisfactorily passed the Para Pro certification test.
