•Synthesize existing work & contribute to a market growth strategy anchored in customers demand partnerships availability and M&A opportunities
•You will have the opportunity to perform a deep dive into the dynamics of two key US power markets namely Texas and the northeast
•The opportunity to contribute and be at the heart of an M&A process from the initial flyer to the deal closing
•The opportunity to contribute to the long-term plan exercise as a process that formalizes the company's approach to its markets
Profil du candidat
•Assist the head of the flexible power integration units head of business development and planning
•Analyzing target power markets and establishing a market entry strategy for each
•Analyzing value chain associated with each type of asset and identifying where TotalEnergies can bring value
•Reviewing acquisition opportunities in the target markets and assist the M&A and tender process when launched
•Identify competitors and among which potential partners and assist the development of ad hoc partnerships
