About This Job

Max Electric is a trusted electrical contractor specializing in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and service work. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and advance toward your journeyman license under the guidance of experienced electricians.

Responsibilities:

•

Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial buildings

•

Pull wire, install conduit, outlets, switches, and lighting systems

•

Help read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

•

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

•

Learn and follow NEC codes and local regulations

•

Use basic hand tools and power tools

•

Attend training and job-related instruction as required

Qualifications:

•

Enrolled in or eligible for a state-registered apprenticeship program

•

0–2 years of experience in the electrical trade (preferred but not required)

•

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

•

Ability to follow directions and work safely in a fast-paced environment

•

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

•

High school diploma or GED

•

OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
