Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Electrician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist in various electrical installations, maintenance, and repair tasks, contributing to projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Duties

Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

•

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.

•

Use tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems for functionality.

•

Support experienced electricians in high voltage installations and repairs.

•

Participate in construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

•

Help build structures as needed, including frame carpentry tasks related to electrical installations.

•

Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines during all work activities.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.

Skills

•

Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.

•

Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints.

•

Proficiency in using testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.

•

Knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus.

•

Experience or willingness to learn about industrial electrician practices.
