Analyze data trends to identify bottlenecks or opportunities for process improvements
Act as the single point of contact for the Land Acquisition team, fielding inbound requests from Development, Commercial, Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Land Acquisition team and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and milestones
Provide timely and accurate data or updates, including milestone-related information, to support decision-making across the organization
Facilitate and build out land team tools to enable visibility into the land acquisition process and status for cross-functional usage, ensuring accessibility and usability for stakeholders
Be the primary stakeholder for the land function to build and integrate systems to utilize corporate enterprise software (Salesforce, ESRI), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and maintain tools that enhance transparency and streamline communication of land acquisition progress and milestones
Support training and adoption of these tools across relevant departments to ensure consistent use and data accuracy
