This role's home base can be at our Elmhurst or Romeoville location.
· Produce PMA (Proposed Maintenance Agreements) contracts by leveraging and communicating with the sales team.
· Verify that the terms and conditions of the contract adhere to relevant legal standards.
· Ensure all PMA contracts undergo a detailed review prior to customer submission.
· Conduct a comprehensive review of all customers redlines and propose changes to Thermosystems terms and conditions presented.
· Manage all existing scheduled PMA and renewals.
· Collaborate with project teams and procurement staff to manage subcontractor onboarding, insurance compliance, and flow-down provisions.
· Track contract obligations, key deadlines, and ensure compliance with terms and deliverables.
· Compile notes for Sales team, highlighting critical issues to consider before submitting their bids.
· 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or greater is required.
· Working knowledge of construction contract formats, including AIA and ConsensusDocs.
· Familiarity with subcontractor compliance requirements and risk management best practices.
· Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents and communicate key points clearly.
· Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
