What We Need:

Papalia Home Services is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing services to our residential clients. As a trusted name in the industry, we’re seeking experienced professionals who are committed to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and ongoing growth.

Plumbing Expertise Needed:

•

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings

•

Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and filtration systems

•

Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards

•

Troubleshoot complex issues and offer clear, effective solutions

•

Communicate with homeowners professionally and educate them on system operations and maintenance

Qualifications:

•

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician

•

Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred

•

Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve plumbing problems independently

•

Strong multitasking and time management skills

•

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

•

Customer-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship

•

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
