The

is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems and pumps in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations. The technician will interact directly with customers, providing professional service and recommendations for system improvements. Additionally, they will maintain accurate documentation, manage truck inventory, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to respond to emergency service calls as needed.
