Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various construction tasks, including pipe threading and assembly.

•

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site, promoting safety and efficiency.

•

Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project plans and timelines.

•

Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

•

Support the lead technician or supervisor in troubleshooting issues that arise during construction activities.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in construction plumbing or related maintenance person services is preferred.

•

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment commonly used on construction sites.

•

Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions.

•

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining quality standards.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.

•

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
