Foran Mining Corporation (TSX:FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking a Plumber to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation.
This position is open to candidates who reside within 150 km of the McIlvenna Bay site or who can travel using our company shuttle from Saskatoon or Prince Albert. No additional travel subsidy is provided.

As part of the Site Services team, the Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems to support safe and efficient operations across the site. This includes both industrial and camp infrastructure, such as potable water systems, drainage, heating lines, and sewage. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of plumbing codes, and the ability to work in a remote and physically demanding environment.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan layouts and installations.
- Diagnose plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, faulty components) and provide solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance for safe, efficient operations
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, pumps, water heaters, faucets, and related fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Test plumbing systems and fixtures for proper flow, drainage, and pressure.
- Respond to urgent plumbing issues promptly and professionally.
- Work safely in varying conditions, including confined spaces and remote sites.
- Support general maintenance or site tasks as needed.
- Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber certification or equivalent trade qualification recognized in Saskatchewan.
- 3+ years of plumbing experience (installations, repairs, maintenance)- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Ability to read/interpreting blueprints, drawings, and codes.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, wrenches, pipe benders, and soldering equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and tools (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
