PLUMBER The Plumber is responsible for setting up, repairing, diagnosis, trouble shooting and the maintenance of the plumbing system, or any other related plumbing components for an organization or its customers.

- Responsible for servicing and repairing all types of Plumbing equipment
- Responsible for reading blueprints in order to diagnosis, troubleshoot, analyze and locate the malfunction on the Plumbing Unit
- Be able to replace the defective or worn parts and then make any necessary adjustments
- Provide suggestions for increased energy efficiency and setting controls to determine that a system is working properly
- Install and / or assist in the installation of Plumbing equipment when needed
- Responsible for meeting the customers needs and providing excellent positive customer service
- Responsible for meeting quarterly goals
- Customer focused to provide positive experiences
- Minimum (3) years of service experience in the Plumbing industry
- Clean driving record, with less than 2 points on your license
- Journeyman or Master License strongly preferred
- Good communication skills used for both the customer and co-workers
- Must be Self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision
- Must be a team member exhibiting a positive attitude and work ethic
- Must be flexible with work hours
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Safely driving a company vehicle. This job operates in the field, and you will be entering the customers’ homes and or place of business. Working in hot attics or cold places must always provide an excellent and positive attitude toward the customer. While performing the duties of this job in the field, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions due to weather.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, pull, kneel, crouch or crawl. May need to be in restrictive spaces such as an attic or a crawl space. May need to climb a latter to access the Plumbing equipment on the roof. The employee must occasionally pull, lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications

- Willing to cross train others
- Must be flexible with work hours, will be responsible to be part of an On Call rotation
