We're looking for a

skilled and motivated PLC & RPA Programmer

who can blend hands-on industrial automation with digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

•

Maintain and monitor RPA solutions to ensure reliable execution of automated processes

•

Design, configure, and maintain automation scripts, programs, and workflows that are robust, modular, and maintainable

•

Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and technical teams to ensure on-time project delivery

•

Interpret Process Definition Documents (PDD) and translate business needs into scalable automated workflows

•

Deploy and integrate PLC projects with hands-on configuration and optimization

•

Analyze current business processes, recommend improvements, and implement RPA/PLC-based solutions

•

Document test procedures, infrastructure requirements, and process logic for traceability and knowledge transfer

•

Troubleshoot system errors, implement resolutions, and provide ongoing technical support

•

Design electrical/mechanical schematics and program industrial equipment using structured programming principles

•

Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation for all automation and integration projects

•

Deploy IoT solutions and establish secure machine-level connectivity for data and control integration

🧠 Technical Proficiency:

•

PLC Platforms

: Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000, RSLogix, AssetCentre), Siemens

•

HMI Programming

: FactoryTalk, WinCC, and related tools

•

Automation Tools

: Blue Prism, custom scripting languages, and industrial software

•

Languages

: Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block

•

Standards

: Familiarity with ISA-88/95, IEC 61131, and OT cybersecurity best practices

📘
Background & Credentials:

•

Bachelor’s in Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

•

Allen-Bradley PLC Certification

•

5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming

•

Fluent in

English

and

French

, with strong communication skills across all levels

•

Willing to travel and work independently in dynamic industrial environments
