Polar Bear Water Treatment is hiring a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our small team at an environmentally conscious produced water facility in South Central Wyoming. We treat and desalinate oilfield wastewater—turning waste into clean water.

This job is ideal for someone who is independent, dependable, and comfortable in a rural setting. The successful candidate will live onsite during their shift (private room provided), handle hands-on tasks, and work both solo and with a teammate.
