Plant Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our plant, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent malfunctions.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and safety standards.

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working in the plant environment.

- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations.

Experience

- 4 years of experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

- Familiarity with operating heavy machinery and understanding of mechanical systems is advantageous.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
