Work Schedule: 2-2-3, 2:30pm – 2:30am

Operator Job Responsibilities
•Operate and monitor the production plant, including all associated equipment, such as receiving system, digestors, gas skids, CO2, injection, and decant systems.
•Monitor process variables, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and gas composition, to ensure optimal plant performance and product quality.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant operations, including shift reports, logbooks, maintenance records, and safety documentation.
•Completes a variety of paperwork related to product loads, instrument readings, safety/security, and other paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
•Produce dry ice for scheduled orders.
•Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top condition and avoid downtime.
Requirements:
Operator Job Requirements:
•Possess good English language skills (fluent verbal & written comprehension) to interpret procedures, comprehend instructions, and to communicate effectively with others.
•1-2 years of relevant work experience.
•Valid driver's license preferred.
•High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations, renewable energy, or a related field is desirable.
•Ability to demonstrate effective mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to effectively utilize various computer programs and systems.
•Demonstrate ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports.
•Timely responsiveness and follow-through.
•Strong attention to safety.
