What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Field Service Process Helper, you’ll support scheduled industrial cleaning and remediation projects across our East Chicago Processing Plant. You’ll work under the direction of the Plant Field Services Manager and Project Lead to keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and compliant. This role includes after-hours on-call responsibilities for emergency cleanups and equipment blockages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning of tanks, distillation units, and other plant equipment

- Operate and maintain hydro-blasting and remediation tools

- Support equipment maintenance and cleaning across departments

- Respond to after-hours emergency call-ins as needed

- Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas

- Obtain and use confined space certification and wear supplied-air respirators when required

- Follow all EHS regulations and safety protocols

- Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

- High school diploma or GED

- 1+ year of industrial cleaning or tank remediation experience

- Experience in chemical plant or refinery settings preferred

- Valid driver’s license or state ID

- Ability to pass a physical and wear PPE, including a respirator

- Completion of 40-hour HAZWOPER training (or willingness to complete)

- Willing to travel occasionally (5–10%) within the Midwest region

- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

- Willingness to work scheduled shifts and respond to emergency needs
