Roles & Responsibilities:
The Planning / Scheduling Lead will provide the following services & deliverables:
•Project Schedule integrity & credibility assurance.
•Project Scheduling guidance.
•Site progress and delay analysis & appraisal.
•Perform reviews of EPC and subcontractor physical progress and monthly schedule updates, including validation of reported progress against agreed rules of credit if applicable.
•Communicate contractor schedule progress and performance against the current phase schedule baseline plan, to the PSM and PM.
•Provide input and guidance to periodic probabilistic Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs) and implement schedule contingency in P6 based on probabilistic methods
•Provide workbook data, attend meetings, and reply to comments for benchmarking efforts.
•Attend project meetings as needed.
•Participate in Project assurance reviews through all phases of project development cycle.
•Managing, engaging, reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.
•Ensure MoC process is embedded in the Project and results captured in the Project Schedules.
•Report to the Project Service Manager, Eng.Co.Cz Senior Leadership Team, Employer(s), Client(s), Stakeholders both on an ad-hoc and monthly basis.
Education, Skills & Experience’s:
We are looking for a Lead Planning / Scheduling Engineer individual, with an accredited Degree/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with experience in Oil & Gas facilities, preferably LNG experience, as follows:
•Experience Oil & Gas Facilities; with experience in large scale Oil & Gas projects
•Self-motivated, accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability with good planning and communication skills.
•Must have excellent teamwork skills being able to work with the various sub-teams to resolve issues and reach decisions that are in the best interest of delivering the Project
•Demonstrable expert level experience in planning scheduling, project control & project management
•Highly competent interpersonal and influencing skills to tactfully and diplomatically manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty in a culturally diverse environment.
•Strong interpersonal and English communication skills – verbal and written.
