Position Summary

Responsible for independently applying advanced scheduling and planning techniques and analysis within a project environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of planning/scheduling

Monitor job progress according to schedules

Coordinate with material expediters concerning critical items of supply

Participation in expenditure forecasts

Perform schedule analysis

Coordinate PM activities to production requirements

Schedule Maintenance in a way that minimizes equipment downtime and impact on production

Create maintenance schedules & generate work orders

Maintain parts inventory

Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks

Estimate costs of labor & parts for industrial equipment

Adjust schedules to account for emergency work

Assist & support Maintenance Manager

Serve as a liaison between maintenance & operations

Maintain records & files essential to maintenance management

Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors and external vendors

Prepare preventative maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization's maintenance goals

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience (if no school)

User of SAP, P3 & or P6, Microsoft Projects or similar

Capable of building maintaining schedules and producing reports

Assist/ lead cost analyzes, resource loading and projecting.

Capable of leading outage meeting updates

Good communication skills – verbal and written
