We are seeking a highly skilled

Physical Security and Risk Manager

to oversee all aspects of our physical security operations. This role is remote based in Texas but requires the flexibility to travel on short notice as needed. The Security Manager will report to the Director of Global Security and will be responsible for implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of our organization.

Key Responsibilities Physical Security:

•

Ensure the physical security of all company facilities and assets. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

•

Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

Incident Response

•

Develop and manage incident response plans, ensuring quick and effective resolution of security incidents.

•

Respond to security incidents and emergencies, conducting thorough investigations and reporting findings.

Travel Risk Management

•

Assess and mitigate risks associated with employee travel, providing guidance and support for safe travel practices.

•

Produce comprehensive geopolitical reports specific to World Kinect Business Traveller needs.

Workplace Violence Prevention

•

Implement and oversee programs aimed at preventing workplace violence, including training and awareness initiatives.

•

Distribution and delivery of bespoke Workplace Violence Prevention Training.

Intelligence Analysis

•

Gather, analyse, and interpret security-related intelligence to anticipate potential threats and inform strategic decision-making.

•

Monitor and analyse Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to enable the delivery of accurate and timely reporting of relevant information

Minimum Requirements

•

Minimum of 4 years of experience in security management or a related role.

•

Strong knowledge of security protocols, systems, and best practices.

•

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions.

•

Proficiency in security software and technology.

•

Ability to produce a high standard of written work, including report writing.

•

High competence in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•

Willingness and ability to travel on short notice as required.

Working Conditions

Remote working with a requirement to travel occasionally.

May occasionally be required to work outside regular working hours.
