Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Permit Technician located on-site in Carbondale, CO. The Permit Technician will be responsible for handling permit applications, coordinating building permits, reviewing plans, and ensuring code enforcement. The role also involves significant customer service interaction, assisting clients with the permitting process, and supporting internal teams with project requirements.
