•Assist in product and process validation activities, including execution of qualification protocols and data collection.
•Operate lab tools and test equipment (meters, scopes, DAQs) to verify system performance and identify faults.
•Document assembly procedures, test results, findings, and provide clear feedback on potential design improvements.
•Maintain organization of the lab and tool spaces, support shipping/logistics and manage incoming parts and prototype inventory.
•Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols, especially when working with high-voltage or mechanical systems.

•Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and interpreting technical drawings.
•Proven experience with mechanical assembly of products or manufacturing systems.
•Demonstrated ability to read and work from electromechanical diagrams or multi-discipline engineering documentation.
•Experience contributing to design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews and feedback loops with engineering teams.
•Comfort with test equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, DAQs, environmental chambers, and related lab gear.
•Strong attention to detail with a craftsmanship mindset; able to perform precise tasks while meeting deadlines.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or bend for extended periods, and operate safely in an industrial lab setting.
