National Grid is hiring a Business Change Manager. This position is based in Syracuse.
Job Purpose
As a Change Manager, you will work closely with partners across our Enterprise Business Services (EBS) to manage the people side of change. This includes overseeing changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Your mission will be to ensure that these changes are smoothly and successfully embedded across EBS.

$141,000-$166,000
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.

This role is offered on a full-time basis.
We are also offering hybrid/flexible working where travel to the office will be as per business need. Base location for this role will be Syracuse.
