Position Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the precast concrete production facility. This role ensures the efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of Verti-Crete’s vertically poured wall systems and molds. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of precast concrete production, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a high-output environment.
