We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Warranty Sales Representative with outstanding interpersonal skills to assist homeowners with their warranty service needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and excel in customer engagement, we want to hear from you!

✅Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls regarding new and existing warranty service requests.

- Educate customers on warranty coverage, contract terms, claims, and work orders.

- Facilitate dispatch activities and assist with contractor scheduling.

- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-ups to homeowners and contractors.

- Conduct outbound calls to address high-priority accounts and resolve issues efficiently.

✅Qualifications & Experience:

- High School diploma / GED required

- Strong Sales and Customer Service focus

- Comfortable with 100% phone-based customer interaction.

- Spanish-speaking candidates preferred, not required

- Availability for up to 7 hours per day Monday-Friday with priority coverage on Mondays, Fridays, and days following holidays

- Flexibility during these time intervals: 1-5 pm or 3-7 pm

- In office training 2-4 weeks

- Work from home upon completion of training.

- Paid training to set you up for success (approximately two weeks).

- Competitive hourly pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour plus incentives.
