Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent driving skills, along with a passion for outdoor work and a background in landscaping or horticulture.

Responsibilities

•

Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and products to designated locations.

•

Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

•

Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and efficiency.

•

Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects, providing support in lawn care, plant identification, and greenhouse operations.

•

Utilize hand tools and equipment for various outdoor tasks, including heavy lifting as required.

•

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs.

•

Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules and project updates.

Qualifications

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

•

Previous experience in driving or transportation preferred.

•

Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and greenhouse operations is highly desirable.

•

Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in outdoor work in various weather conditions.

•

Mechanical knowledge is a plus for basic vehicle maintenance tasks.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

•

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
