Position Overview: Reurink’s is currently seeking a dynamic and adaptable General Labor/Delivery driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will share our company values and vision while possessing a strong work ethic. This multifaceted role involves building and nurturing customer relationships, conducting deliveries, learning all production tasks, performing janitorial duties, and completing special projects as assigned by the General Manager. We are seeking an individual who understands the integral role they will play in our organizational success.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

a. Communicate with customers via phone, in-person and any other forms of communication to understand their needs and provide solutions for deliveries.

b. Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

c. Respond properly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

2. Product knowledge:

a. Develop a solid understanding of our metal roofing and siding products, understanding the features, benefits, applications, and installation.

3. General duties:

a. Delivery driver- delivering products to customer locations safely and accurately while always representing our company values.

b. Learning all production tasks, fill in as needed.

c. Janitorial duties will be shared with the team on a rotation.

d. Cleaning delivery trucks as needed.

e. Assist with loading delivery trucks and customer load outs.

f. Cleaning of shop equipment

4. Qualifications:

a. Experience driving 1 ton truck and hauling trailer.

b. Possess or ability to obtain Chauffeurs license and medical card.

c. Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

d. Strong understanding or ability to gain strong understanding of metal roofing and siding products and their application.

e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

f. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

g. Self-motivated and results-oriented with proven success to achieve goals.

h. Proficient on computer and basic office equipment

5. Education:

a. High School Diploma.
