Painter/Laborer

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals, with more than five (5) years experience in the painting/laborer industry to join our team. The individual must have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. The candidate must be able to work without supervision. The individual must follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Must maintain a clean and organized work environment ensuring all tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored. The individual must be honest and trustworthy, have a strong worth ethic, good communication skills to work effectively as part of a team, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and punctuality is a must! The locations for this job will vary in the States of Illinois and Missouri, so some travel is necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Execute painting projects in residential and commercial settings

- Install fixtures and complete trim carpentry work

- Assist with construction site activities

Skills:

- Proficiency in residential and commercial painting techniques

- Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety measures

- Familiarity with power tools for building and renovation projects

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
