Duties
•
Perform industrial painting tasks, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished to specifications.
•
Restore and renovate existing structures, applying paint, stains, and finishes as required.
•
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
•
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
•
Execute construction painting tasks in various environments, including residential homes and commercial buildings.
•
Utilize power tools safely and effectively for surface preparation and finishing work.
•
Assist with concrete finishing as needed, ensuring quality workmanship throughout the process.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in industrial painting, residential painting, or construction painting is preferred.
•
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
•
Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential.
•
Experience in concrete finishing is a plus but not mandatory.
•
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
•
Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
