Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
•Pursue commercial roofing sales through local engagement and prospecting.
•Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities within your territory.
•Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, and insurance adjusters in our community.
•Conduct thorough on-site roof evaluations to define project needs and develop accurate pricing.
•Skillfully present proposals, negotiate agreements, and finalize sales.
•Clearly communicate the benefits of our roofing solutions, materials, and the insurance claim process to clients.
•Partner effectively with our project management team to ensure seamless project delivery after the sale.
•Stay informed about local industry trends, insurance guidelines, and competitive strategies.
Skills
•2+ years of proven success in commercial roofing, construction, or exterior sales preferred.
•Solid understanding of the insurance claim process for roof replacements.
•Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of exceeding sales.
•Willingness to travel locally within Minnesota metro area and surrounding suburbs as required.
•A self-starter attitude with strong goal-orientation and the ability to work autonomously.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport.
•A valid drivers license and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
