Job Description

Earning a 6-figure income at Better Colorado is the bare minimum expectation. We offer the most transparent commission structure there is, there’s no algorithm or complicated pay plan to overcome. Job Responsibilities

· Commute to the hail impact zone (area you’re working in) and meet with homeowners

· Self-generated deals are a requirement, while we do provide leads (at a small cost) you are expected to generate the majority of your own through D2D prospecting and referrals

· Act as an advocate for your customers and manage the sales cycle

· Have a go-getter attitude and be an A-team player

· Manage; your project jobsites, communications to the customer, and “the customer experience”

Job Requirements

· D2D experience

· Valid Driver’s License

· Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or SUV)

· Strong ethics or moral compass

· Working smartphone

· SSN and EIN

· Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds

Compensation

· 100% Commission

· 1099 Position

· Average rep earnings: $170k in 5 months

· Recoverable Draw Available
