We are expanding our sales department and looking for a driven, proactive, growth-oriented Sales Representative. This is not an order-taking role. We need someone who loves to pick up the phone, build relationships, and open new doors.
Industry experience is a plus — but not required. We will train someone who has the hunger, professionalism, and work ethic to succeed.
Fleetwood has strong incoming business, but we need a true hunter:
- Someone who initiates conversations
- Someone who revives inactive accounts
- Someone who builds pipelines, not just answers phones
- Someone comfortable doing outbound follow-ups, outreach, and relationship reactivation
- Someone who sees opportunity, not obstacles
This is for the candidate who wants to drive results, not receive them.
- Proactively reach out to new leads, past customers, and dormant accounts
- Generate new opportunities within repair shops, distributors, OEMs, and local/state municipalities
- Own your pipeline and build consistent weekly call activity
- Follow up on quotes, pitches, and customer needs
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and sales events as needed
- Build long-term relationships
- Strengthen trust through accountability and communication
- Identify opportunities for upsells and volume commitments
- Provide accurate updates on pricing, lead times, and product availability
- Prepare accurate quotes using Odoo ERP
- Learn how product specs impact cost and lead time
- Understand high-volume vs low-volume pricing
- Communicate clearly with production and operations teams
- Coordinate customer requirements with production and inventory teams
- Keep CRM notes and quote logs updated
- Support leadership with customer feedback and surveys

- Comfortable with outbound calling and initiating conversations
- Organized and consistent
- Professional and confident with customers
- Eager to learn technical products and new industries
- Strong communicator—email, phone, and in person
- Accountable with follow-through
- Sales or customer service experience
- Outbound or inside sales background
- Manufacturing / mechanical exposure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Comfort with basic math and reading technical information
