Order Fulfillment Specialist - 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm!)

The shift for this position is Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm onsite at our facility in Janesville*

The Order Fulfillment Specialist I is directly responsible for optimizing our fulfillment and customer delivery process on a daily basis. With a keen focus on the Customer Experience, this role schedules outbound shipments, manages internal and external routing activity and completes the shipping process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Leads the initiation of the scheduling and routing processes for all outbound shipments, working cross functionally with transportation counterparts, as well as customer contact points.

- Utilize systems to monitor expected outbound shipments, expediting fulfillment where opportunities exist, managing customer expectations when issues are presented.

- Ensures scheduled and routed shipments are completed on time to customer expectations, quickly escalating process challenges when appropriate.

- Assists with the initiation of the shipping process across distribution facilities daily.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associates Degree or equivalent experience

- 1 year of relevant distribution or fulfillment experience with leading technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- In depth knowledge of end to end OTC business processes including areas such as Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Management and Inventory Segmentation and Management

- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical skills, and exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
