We're Hiring: Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Specialist

Polaron Solar, one of Canada’s leading residential solar providers, is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Specialist to support our growing operations. - Oversee end-to-end order processing , from receipt to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team, warehouse staff, and logistics partners
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels with regular stock audits
- Manage inventory transfers, replenishments, and ensure stock accuracy
- Handle inbound/outbound shipments and track orders through to completion
- Maintain detailed records of all inventory and order transactions
- Resolve discrepancies, manage returns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate and analyze inventory and order reports for leadership insights
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently
